1. What exactly do you offer?
I provide 1:1 online lifestyle and transformation coaching focused on fitness, nutrition, and mindset. You’ll receive customized training programs, personalized meal guidance, accountability check-ins, and ongoing support through the coaching platform.
2. Who is this coaching for?
My coaching is for lifestyle clients who want to build healthier habits, improve body composition, gain confidence, and create sustainable long-term results. All fitness levels are welcome.
3. How does the coaching work?
Once you sign up, you’ll complete an onboarding form so I can learn your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. You’ll receive a personalized plan along with weekly or bi-monthly (depending on plan) check-ins and messaging access for support.
4. Do you offer custom meal plans?
Yes — I create personalized meal plans and/or macro guidance based on your goals, dietary needs, and lifestyle. I also help you build long-term nutrition habits instead of relying on restrictive diets.
5. What equipment do I need?
Your program is tailored to what you have access to — whether that’s a full gym, limited home equipment, or bodyweight-only training.
6. How often do I check in?
Clients check in weekly or bi-monthly so I can review progress, adjust your plan, and make sure you’re always moving forward. You can also message me for extra support.
7. How long are coaching commitments?
Most clients commit to 3 or 6 months for the best results. Most clients stick with a coach for a year or even longer.
8. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because coaching is customized and time-based, all payments are non-refundable. If you need to discuss pausing your program due to emergencies, I’ll work with you case-by-case.
