This week I want to expand on that idea and clear up something important.

Rise & Beast was never built for bodybuilders.

It was built for real people trying to live healthier, more sustainable lives.

If your goals grow over time, we are here for that.

But bigger goals are not required to belong here.

Where My Fitness Journey Really Started

I did not start this journey with dreams of competing.

I started because I needed to lose weight and get healthy.

I was around 40 percent body fat and technically classified as obese by BMI. I didn’t feel strong. I didn’t feel confident. I didn’t feel like myself.

The early goal was simple.

Lose weight.

Get healthier.

Build consistency.

Stop starting over.

As I stayed consistent and began seeing my body respond, something shifted. The habits worked. The structure worked. And for the first time in my life, progress didn’t feel fragile.

Why I Chose Bodybuilding Later On

Bodybuilding was never the original goal.

It became a way to fully embody the lifestyle I was building. A way to test what would happen if I committed without one foot out the door.

Getting on stage wasn’t about the title or the spotlight. It was about proving to myself that I could go far outside my comfort zone and achieve something I once believed was impossible.

But the most important realization came after.

Through that process, I realized I had finally found the key to a box I had been trying to unlock my entire life.

Not a diet.

Not motivation.

Not another reset.

A system.

A way to build habits that supported the body and life I wanted without extremes, burnout, or constant starting over. That realization is what led me to build Rise & Beast so I could share it with others.

Rise & Beast was never built for bodybuilders.

It was built for people who want to feel better in their bodies, build confidence, create structure, and live in a way that supports long term health.

Most members will never step on a stage.

They don’t need to.

They shouldn’t feel like they have to.
